Chemical Wash Pricing per Fan Coil Unit

  • 9,000 BTU to 12,000 BTU (Wall Mounted) - $120 Per Fan Coil
  • 18000 BTU to 24,000 BTU (Wall Mounted) -$150 Per Fan Coil
  • Ceiling Cassette Unitt - $250 per Fan Coil

Chemical Wash Scope of Work:

  • Cleaning or replacing standard air filters
  • Inspecting the front panel and cover
  • Inspecting primary and secondary drains
  • Vacuuming drainage system
  • Checking indoor evaporator coil
  • Inspecting outdoor condenser coil
  • Cleaning fan blades, blower wheel and drain pan
  • Inspecting compressor suction and discharge pressure
  • Tightening the electrical contacts
