• Suitable for company event or personal function.

• Any change in menus after confirmation must be within 48 hours notice
• Any cancellation is subject to a 50% charge
• Please place order at least 3 days in advance
• Please provide the exact location/prominent landmarks/specific way to your venue.
• Venues with no lift access or orders requiring additional manpower may be subjected to labour surcharges conditioned upon the additional manpower required for your order
• Our usual operating hours are from 8am to 11pm, orders and collections outside those timings may be subject to over-time surcharges
• Please adhere to the time stamp accompanying the food order
• Food is best consumed within NEA's stipulated timeline
• We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality
