• Report the faults detected and recommend the most economical solution.
• Advise customer on the cost of repair and parts replacement.
• Faulty part(s) will either replace on the spot or at another appointed date / time, depending on the parts availability.

• Ceiling Cassette Unitt - $250 per Fan Coil

• Inspecting the front panel and cover
• Inspecting primary and secondary drains
• Vacuuming drainage system
• Checking indoor evaporator coil
• Inspecting outdoor condenser coil
• Cleaning fan blades, blower wheel and drain pan
• Inspecting compressor suction and discharge pressure
• Tightening the electrical contacts
