Lai Qing Song (賴青松), a farmer who was featured in the movie "”Beyond Beauty – Taiwan from Above” is dedicated to producing good rice using natural, eco-friendly farming methods. Lai Qing Song studied environmental engineering in Japan and decided to make a mid-career switch, so he moved to Yilan a decade ago and started farming.

• The rice cracker is a collaboration between Lai Qing Song and “Aman Cake” (阿蠻Cake). Aman Cake uses the rice harvested from Lai Qing Song’s paddy field, coupled with Hsinchu Oriental Beauty Matcha powder to produce rice crackers that are filled with rice and tea fragrance. What a fabulous combination!
