Organic Pamelo Honey 有机柚子花蜜

• We all know that honey is associated with nutritional benefits and is widely accepted as an important part of the health regimen but there is limited quantity of pure honey out there in the market.

• Mr Chen Jing An (陳敬安), who owns An An Organic Farm (安安農場) and lives in Yilan, uses his 30-year-old grapefruit tree garden as honey base to produce pure, good quality honey.

• Despite the high cost of manpower and reduction in production, Mr Chen insists on using natural ripening and harvesting method to retain the honey mellow and enzymes.

• This natural form of honey extraction keeps the water content in the honey low and at the same time, retains its high nutritional value. Some people believe that good quality honey essentially should have a low water content as honey is likely to ferment and lose its freshness if its water content is too high.

• The yellow amber nectar of the grapefruit, which has the grapefruit scent and slightly acidic taste, is one of the most popular products from An An Organic Farm.

Pamelo Honey 柚子花蜜

• Produced by An An Organic Farm in Taiwan, this honey has a light citron yuzu flavour. This honey is harvested using natural method to maintain the natural enzymes.

Serving recommendation:

1. Mix the honey with water (ratio 1:10) and served as beverage.
